I had previously worked with two editors in an effort to publish my first book. Neither editor was able to connect to memoir and we parted ways. Kathy Hahn maximized the potential of my manuscript and helped to improve my writing skills. I found her demeanor professional, honest, and personable. Despite almost 20 years of education, my confidence and competence in scholarly writing were lackluster.
